This page explains how to request deletion of your RTMIX SF account and the data associated with it.

Steps to Request Deletion
- 1Email us at support@rtmix.ae from the email address registered to your account, using the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- 2Include your registered email, organization name, and phone number so we can verify your identity.
- 3We confirm receipt within 2 business days and may request additional verification to protect your account.
- 4After verification, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
Data That Is Deleted
- Account data: your name, email address, phone number, and organization name.
- Service content linked to you: maintenance requests, descriptions, and images you created.
- Profile data, preferences, and usage history associated with your account.
Data That May Be Kept
- Billing and transaction records we are legally required to retain for tax and compliance obligations (typically up to 7 years).
- Aggregated, anonymized data that can no longer identify you, used for analytics.
- Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes, only for the period required by law.
Retention Period
Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days of verifying your request. Records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records) are retained for the legally required period (typically up to 7 years) and then deleted.
